Management Train’n Stories
This site is dedicated to the “children’s stories” exemplified by the first story, The Halloween Train. However, there is certainly a connection to the work done with managers and leaders in organizations. In many of the training programs with managers and leaders, we use some “train’n stories” that were created on different topics.
These stories were originally sparked by a story that appeared in Training and Development Journal in 1984, an article that concluded with “If we would let only those people who really need train’n on to the train, we would all be better off.”
